Job Description: 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the opening, modification, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts across group entities.
  • Maintain accurate bank account records, mandates, authorized signatories, and banking documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain bank KYC requirements, ensuring documents are complete, valid, and submitted on time.
  • Manage corporate online banking access, including user creation, amendments, access rights, tokens, and deactivation.
  • Maintain the Bank Guarantee (BG) register and files, monitoring issuance, amendments, renewals, expiry, cancellation, and release.
  • Coordinate with banks, Relationship Managers, internal departments, and authorized signatories to complete banking requirements.
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready treasury and banking records.
  • Monitor pending banking requests, KYC renewals, BG expiries, and other critical deadlines.
  • Prepare banking administration reports and trackers for Treasury management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Treasury policies, Delegation of Authority, bank mandates, and internal controls.

Fund Transfers: Execute local and international fund transfers accurately and efficiently, Handle SADAD payments

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of relevant experience in Treasury OR Finance / Accounting, or Banking is preferred.

Graduates with relevant academic knowledge and strong potential may also be considered.

Time Management: Managing one's own time and the time of others.

Banking Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking transactions, fund transfers, bank accounts, online banking, and general banking documentation.

Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, reconciliations, and financial records.

MS Office: Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Good Excel skills are particularly important.

Treasury Systems: Familiarity with any Treasury Management System (TMS), ERP system, SAP, or other financial system will be an added advantage.

English Communication: Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Numerical Ability: Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
